Any licensed producer can submit an account for consideration. To do so, please include the following information:
- Completed WC Acord 130
- 5 years of currently valued loss runs (within 60 days of effective date)
- Renewal mod worksheet
- Detailed description of any claims in excess of $5,000
- If available, any details on safety protocols for the operation will help expedite the process
Please allow two weeks for an underwriting review to be conducted. However, for large submissions, accounts with some loss history, those with unusual exposures, and during peak times of the year (1/1, 4/1, 7/1), the process may take longer.
